Tom Waldman, Frank Waldman Music by Henry Mancini Con Peter Sellers,Claudine Longet Direto da Blake Edwards Hollywood Party è considerato uno dei film piu' divertenti e meglio riusciti di Blake Edwards.A mio parere anche uno dei migliori della coppia Sellers/Edwards.Peter Sellers lavora con il regista fin dalla Pantera Rosa che ha reso noti entrambi.Sellers dal mio punto di vista è uno dei migliori attori comici esistenti nel mondo del cinema.Purtroppo poco conosciuto ma forse meglio cosi'.Anche io fino a qualche tempo fa non ne sapevo l'esistenza,ma grazie a Woody Allen lo conobbi in Ciao Pussycat.La comicita' di Sellers è molto strana ed esilarante;é riuscito a creare uno stile tutto suo,propio come Woody Allen.Il suo modo di fare comicita' è molto sarcastico.In Hollywood Party lo vedremo nei panni di un'indiano che per sbaglio verrà invitato ad una festa Hollywoodiana.Trovatosi qui ne combinera' di tutti i colori,e capiteranno eventi a dir poco bizzarri.Personalmente il film mi ha sorpreso molto.Non mi aspettavo un'atmosfera cosi' surreale.Quello che accadra' alla festa,e a Sellers,è davvero molto onirico e stravagante.Il film è molto comico e con scene davvero divertenti.La comicita' di Sellers è lenta ma efficace.La parte iniziale del film infatti è molto flemmatica.Ma soon, especially after the goal 'of the movie, will happen' the impossible and mayhem.
