Dolomites Sixth June 26 - Due to a misunderstanding Comelico just reach up in the early afternoon. So we decide to make a trip not too challenging, aiming in the Hills Coltrondo (m 1879). We face, therefore, from Step (1636) a vertical drop of 250 meters.
The path is quite clear (cart), but there are several deviations that cause us to be insecure. Our Keymaze 300 tells us, at the end of the route, a distance of 15 km, but surely the journey is longer than, as we have often left the main trail to make of the pictures. In total we walked for nearly five hours, but we return to the path in a single hour, without too many stops for photos but to return to the fawn.

Il tracciato prosegue perennemente in salita, sempre sotto alla cima Una e con vista sulla Croda dei Toni. E' ben visibile in sella lo sperone della Lista, una montagnola a forma di cuneo.

Tener account the fact that early in the morning the whole area is in shade, especially when you climb on hot days: the path in the opposite direction instead, with immediate climb to Locatelli, everything is exposed to the sun.
The Comedians is quite rustic refuge (the Cabinet of males and females are separated by a partition wall of wood about 2 feet high and open above). Paterno on Vista, and the fork Giralba Croda dei Toni (or Zwölfer).
Refuge Emilio Comedians continue to Rifugio Pian di Ledge, reachable in 1 hour and 20 minutes (2300 m path). The refuge is the place to 2528, and then we got up to the Comedy 300 meters. The view stretches to the large towers of Marden, south, and up Antelao.
Rifugio Pian di Ledge You can see all the tops of Marmarole (Vlatana, Monticello, Vallonga, Titian, Shovel Meduce, Cima Vanadel). Here we eat very well and we continue now starting at 13:40.
The trail is easy to stretch the shaded part of Croda under the Plans (as facing north) where there are still some snowfields. At 15:00 we're already in ref. Locatelli, to 2405 meters. The 3700 meters you are rewarding for the splendid views over the lakes of the Plans, placed under the Crodon San Candido, also wrapped by Crode Fiscalino.

Locatelli's 8 km from the Pian Fiscalino are easily paths in about 2 hours down (go down of 950 meters). Even in case of rain the trail is broad and well beaten.
not pay the 20 km walk, with already 1200 meters of altitude on the shoulders, we reach the bog Danta, near Padola, for a visit. I am 7 pm, David Berton was so enthusiastic that the Drosera and orchids day before had seen, lead us - in spite of the effort - this last effort.
In alpine wetland vegetation and environmental aspects are peculiar.
springs, glacial lakes and small ponds are, in fact, the place where you can find a very particular type of vegetation due to the presence of water. The mosses and liverworts found in these environments the conditions for optimal development and some higher plants are adapted to live through different strategies in these environments.
