Primo film uscito in Italia per questo interessante regista,che è  stato nominato come miglior film straniero e ha ricevuto ottime opinioni da parte della critica.E' da tanto che cercavo dello stesso regista Antares che non ho mai trovato quindi vedere finalmente una sua uscita nel nostro paese è stata una sorpresa.Revanche nella prima parte puo' essere un thriller a tutti gli effetti,mentre nella seconda parte si lascia alle spalle tutta la suspence diventando un film drammatico dai temi esistenziali.Infatti il film è molto riflessivo sulla vita e la"sopravvivenza".Il regista narra la storia di una ragazza ucraina che è costretta a fare la prostituta per riuscire a campare,e her boyfriend Alex of robbery and forced to do work for the head of the brothel where he finds his own ragazza.Presto things do not go very well, indeed will molto.Questa worse is the situation of the two main characters that you see in front of a hard situation to be pursued and much sofferta.Il director also mentions issues such as religion disbelief that Alex does not find support in her life and finds relief only in chopping wood, while his grandfather going to church every Sunday is a " sense "the existence . In the film, in fact we will see the boys flowing in the events as if they had parents, or do not cash, and once you are inesistenti.Questa riporcorre the story of a group of skaters, especially that of Alex, with il sogno di andare a Paranoid Park;il parco skater piu' famoso della citta'.Presto pero' ad Alex succedera' una cosa molto terribile che deve riuscire a nascondere.Gus Van Sunt sempre perfetto nelle inquadrature e fotografia,segue i ragazzi da dietro e silenziosamente come se si entrasse dentro i personaggi.Si nota anche dalle inquadrature stesse la focalizzazione soltanto nei personaggi principali,sfocando la maggior parte delle cose disinteressanti ai ragazzi,soprattutto come detto prima gli adulti.Una cosa davvero interessante a mio parere,una delle maggiori potenzialita che rende originali i film del regista.Questa volta pero' non sembra azzeccare tutto:le lunghe riprese sui volti dei ragazzi sembrano troppo eccessivi;era molto meglio quando li seguiva ininterrottamente from behind as shown in Elephant and Last Days have now become his capolavori.La plot proceeds with the usual slow and the narrative is really fascinating buona.Non is at the level of the previous two films but still an interesting continuous, and even a theme carried out without disdain.
